How do I book a photo shoot?

When are you available?
I shoot Monday-Friday during daylight hours (except for twilight shots). Weekends are based on availability, but will require 72 hours notice.
Can you add my images to your slideshow?
Absolutely, as long as they are high quality and you own the rights to the images.
Seasons changed and flowers are blooming, can you reshoot my property?
You bet! It is always a good idea to update photos when the property looks it's best with fresh blooms. Depending in location, there will be a $55 charge for the exterior only shoot.
Can you edit things out of photos?
My goal is always to get the shoot right on the first appointment. "Photoshopping" things out of photos is always a last resort and, in some cases, impossible due to the size and "redrawing" of the item to be removed or against MLS regulations.
What if there is a special shot I would like you to take or a spot in the neighborhood I would like you to highlight (Development sign, neighborhood pool or playground, etc)?
Please discuss this with me before the shoot and give me exact instructions. As far as neighborhood amenities, MLS has very strict standards on photographing a public area with people. I will shoot a pool area or playground as long as there is no one is in the image.
How and when will I receive my images and tour?
The images will be delivered to you by noon on the following business day. Your images will be sent by Dropbox, email or on a CD- whichever way you prefer. As far as virtual tours, they are completed within 48 hours of when your listing goes live, as I need the MLS number to complete the tour. The tours are delivered by email with links for the branded, unbranded and simple tours.
Speaking of virtual tours, can I edit the tour that you deliver to me?
With my professional tour program, you can drag and drop or delete images, change tour details and comments, change sales price and even deactivate the tour once the property has settled.
What are the copyright rules? Can I sell these images to another agent?
Simply put- no, images are the intellectual property of Annie M Design and I license my images to you for use based temporary use. For all shoots, the agent or client is granted Temporary Usage Rights to use those images until the property is either sold or goes off the market. Your image rights are non-transferable and cannot be traded, bartered or sold, this is considered a copyright violation. I also do this as a means of protecting You, the Client. If you see that someone has copied or taken images from your property listing, notify me and your local MLS immediately. For builder or contractor portfolio use, you are granted permanent usage rights.
How can I pay?
There are many options! On site payment is always welcomed and you will receive a paid invoice with 24 hours of the shoot, for your records. I can accept a personal check or credit card at that time. If you are not available to meet me at the property, you will receive an invoice within 2 business days of the shoot that links you to an online payment portal. Check by mail is also an option. Payment is always due within 5 business days of the photo shoot.
What is a twilight shoot and why would I want to schedule one?
Do you have a listing with impressive architecture detail or beautiful exterior lighting? A twilight shoot is a way to make the home stand out from all of the other listings! Mixing low lighting with the warm glow of the exterior gives an inviting appeal to these special homes. Because of the time requirements of these shoots, the twilight shoot charge is $45 and the appointment will need to be scheduled with a minimum of 72 hours notice.
What if I need help with downloading my images, uploading to MLS, uploading my virtual tour to websites or other technical assistance?
Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions or support for these tasks! The better the images look, the faster they get uploaded to the MLS and the tours get uploaded to the websites, the better we both look and the faster your listing will sell. A win for everyone involved!
